Meet Khushboo Chabria

I help individuals, teams, and organizations design systems where neurodivergent people don’t just survive — they thrive. I’m a late-diagnosed ADHDer, a former clinician, a published author, and a speaker with a heart for justice. My work blends science and story, vulnerability and systems thinking, inclusion and joy.

I believe in diversity in who we are, but also in how we see the world. “

With a unique background spanning clinical therapy, organizational leadership, and her own lived experience with ADHD, Khushboo blends academic insight with empathy-driven leadership. She is also the co-author of Neurodiversity For Dummies and Autism For Dummies, a sought-after international speaker, and an advocate for transforming workplaces through compassion, belonging, and intentional inclusion.

My Story:

From Clinical Work to Cultural Change

I started in the world of mental health — supporting neurodivergent individuals and families across the lifespan. Over time, I realized the real barriers weren’t inside the people I was working with — they were in the systems around them. Schools. Workplaces. Policies. Norms.

As I began to explore my own neurodivergence and discover my ADHD, everything shifted. I no longer saw inclusion as a checkbox — I saw it as a reclamation.

Now, I speak, write, and consult at the intersection of neurodiversity, DEIB, leadership, and organizational change. From keynotes to executive coaching to large-scale trainings, I help people build workplaces and communities rooted in empathy, access, and belonging.

How I Help Organizations Grow Inclusively

Every organization has the potential to be more inclusive, but real change requires more than awareness. It requires strategy, empathy, and systems that support both people and performance. Here’s how I help bridge that gap:

Organizational Change & Culture Building

I support organizations through internal culture transitions by aligning leadership, community, and talent practices with inclusive values. My work strengthens internal engagement and lays the foundation for long-term equity and belonging.

Behavioral Tools & Human-Centered Analytics

Using organizational assessments, I evaluate culture, readiness for change, and leadership performance to inform action plans. These tools reveal not just what needs to change but how to do it with empathy and data.

Neurodivergent Hiring Strategy & Coaching

I help companies build accessible recruitment and onboarding programs that unlock the strengths of neurodivergent talent.

Communication Frameworks for Inclusive Teams

I guide teams in developing psychologically safe, strengths-based communication practices. From leadership messaging to team-wide reflexive communication workshops, I create space for authentic dialogue and empowered collaboration.
