Khushboo Chabria

Khushboo is a neurodiversity specialist and a transformational Leader, on a mission to advocate for and help improve access to high quality support services for neurodivergent individuals. Khushboo is a Program Manager, Career Coach and Speaker focused on educating and supporting neurodivergent individuals to help launch their career and supporting organizations to integrate neurodivergent employees into the workplace through belonging and empowerment at Neurodiversity Pathways program of Goodwill of Silicon Valley.

With experiences in supporting neurodivergent individuals of all ages and their family members, working as a therapist and clinician, studying organizational leadership and discovering her own ADHD, Khushboo brings an interesting mix of skills and experiences to this field of work. She aims to make a meaningful impact in the world through education, empowerment, authentic engagement and unbridled compassion.

John Marble

John is the founder of Pivot Neurodiversity, an organization empowering companies to modernize recruitment, hiring, and culture to better support neurodivergent employees. A writer and speaker on innovation, workplace culture, and neurodiversity, he has served as an advisor to various policy makers and as an aide to two U.S. Presidents. Multiply neurodivergent,

John credits his ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia as gifting him with a curiosity and passion to understand the world around him. This has led him to build a career centered on understanding and valuing the diverse perspectives and experiences of others. He is committed to promoting neurodiversity in a way that fosters mutual understanding among everyone involved – ensuring that neurodivergent people, parents, and allies are heard, empowered, and understood.

Ranga Jayaraman

Ranga is the Director of Neurodiversity Pathways program of Goodwill of Silicon Valley in San Jose, California. He is a neurotypical father of a neurodivergent son. Rangs’s current passion is to empower neurodivergent individuals with the desire and ability to contribute, to find meaningful, rewarding, and sustained employment and to help organizations in their journey to embrace neurodiversity inclusion in their workplaces.

Previously, Ranga was an accomplished senior executive of digital transformation, contributing innovative solutions and services to enable and support business strategy and growth in Information Technology and Higher Education organizations. His real-life experience, executive leadership, and business background helps shape the classroom curriculum and learning experience Ranga provides to neurodivergent individuals and organizations.
